robinreuter @brianacocking I usually don’t do returns on new items but we can talk about it if you need to. It would have to be returned exactly as it was received, meaning with the tags still on it, the wrapping around the handles, the paperwork from Dooney & Bourke it comes with and the dust bag that comes with it. Basically everything still intact and returned in the same box it came in to ensure a proper fit so it doesn’t get damaged.
