This is a New Directions brand mini dress / tunic top in a women’s size Medium. Dress is made of a primarily black and white colored fabric that has hues of dark blue in it too. Neckline has elastic sewn in it and has a placket that buttons down the chest. The sleeves are 3/4 length with button tabs on the sleeves. The bottom hem of the dress is ruffled.
