Levian 14kt yellow gold diamond and blue sapphire ring

Sapphire is little over 1 carat oval shaped. deep blue. there are baguette diamonds around the outside and then round diamonds on the inside closest to the blue sapphire. one row of baguettes and then two rows of round diamonds. my jeweler said 2 carats of diamonds. also listed a ruby ring just like this. thanks for considering please buy with confidence as Posh authenticates anything over $500. it's set in 14 karat yellow gold. Le'Vian stamp is on the inside, unfortunately I do not have the certificate or paperwork for it. I'm so sorry. I know it was bought from macy's, my grandmother loved to shop there and bought it from there. I'm sure there was a certificate that got lost somewhere once she passed away.
