Skirt is lined in black taffeta. Skirt is 15” long below waistband. Waistband is approximately 2” wide elastic and stretches to fit wearer’s waist. Waistband is 25” around when at ease but stretches easily to fit up to to 30” Very cute and vesatile. Pull on over head or step into and pull up style. From Twenty-one. Size is marked SP.
