60s Vintage Floral Dress

60s true vintage dress Bright kelly green with a sheen and floral print, sleeves hit around elbow, fitted waist, classical, fairly thick material, no stretch. Comes with matching belt, which has a paint spot on it. No tags, appears to be handmade. Dry clean.
