Reposhing this item I purchased from @laynesd. These Madewells have a stretch to them and fit more like a 27. I love the stretch for comfort but unfortunately they’re simply too big for me. I’ll definitely replace this pair with my correct size because I like the wash, length and feel of the stretch.
