jenncandb Really cute but worried because 26 inches for chest and 28 for waist seems small for a regular size large. Was it shrunk or is the size marked wrong?

suzielaw @jenncandb hi, I measured it with it lying flat just like is in the picture above. If I had stretched it out to completely flat before measuring, I'm sure the measurements would be bigger. When I get home, I'll try to measure with it stretched. The waist is elastic and that measurement was taken without any stretch in it. Thanks for your question. I'm sure others wondered the same thing.
