Up for offer here is a very fine, vintage, mid 20th century, 1950's - 1960, Mid Century Modern era, large, 12" tall, hand blown copper and gold adventurine with stretched milk latticino twist and bullicante, or bollicine controlled bubbles, sommerso glass fish figural by the famed Murano, Italy glass maker, Alfredo Barbini (1912 - 2007). This is similar to Flavio Poli fish figurines for Archimede Seguso, Vetri d'Arte. The attribution to this unsigned piece is the application of the fins. Excellent condition; they are a couple very, very tiny sharp or jagged spots that happened during making; they are not chips or cracks.
