Beautiful dress from VKY & CO! This lovely dress is done in a navy with white polkadots with the fabric being a stretch polyester jersey. It has a feminine twist neckline. Fit and flare styling. Sized a small it has a 36 inch bust and is 40 inches long. Excellent condition… Looks to have never been worn!
