In excellent condition with some very light signs of wear, no flaws to mention. Very cool print, it’s almost like a painting of a lighthouse scene, and the stars are bedazzled, all of the gems are accounted for! Amazing, unique piece! Collar is in great condition, it’s tagged a small but looks like it would fit a medium.
