Vintage High Waisted Polka Dots Skirt

Lovely pencil skirt with high pleated waist and tie. The back of the waistband has elastic and stretches. Side zipper. Lining goes more than half way down, but not full length. Back has small 4.5” slight, which contains the only flaw that this skirt has - sides of slit are slightly uneven, almost 1/4”. Easy fix for a seamstress. Fabric reminds me of cotton flannel, but more smooth. No labels. Waist across unstretched is 12.5”, can stretch to 15.5” Hip across is 18.75” Length is 26.5”
