This pitcher was handmade and glazed by an amateur South Puget Sound potter named Kathy C. Made in 1983 this pitcher is in very good vintage condition. The last picture shows what could be two possible chips, one on the rim and another on the spout of the pitcher. Due to the glaze, I cannot tell if these are chips that occurred after the pitcher was completed or if this is a flaw in the glaze. I personally do not feel that these take away from the overall beauty of this folk art ceramic piece. The glaze is unusual in the fact that it appears to be a multicolor base with splotches of other color. The measuring device in the photo is for scale only. The approximate measurements are:
3 7/8" tall
4 1/2" wide
6" wide with handle
3 3/8" at the opening
