Brand new with tags but tag came off when I was trying them on at home. I wore them around the house for 5 mins before realizing I probably should have gotten a medium. These are in a baby blue color with high rise in a 24 in inseam. For a shorter gal like myself the inseam hits just right but taller gals will enjoy the crop/ankle length.
