Villeroy & Boch Naif 3 " Porcelain Round Trinket Candy Box

The Design Naif collection featuring multi-colored rural scenes of everyday life was painted in 1980 by Gérard Laplau, a French artist, who was instrumental in establishing the popularity of naive art. This piece features a man and women traveling down a country path with a church and small village in the background. Measures approx. 3” diameter x 1 3/4” high with lid. Very good condition, no stains or cracks, one very tiny chip off the bottom rim (last photo). Made in Luxembourg of Vitro Porcelaine, dishwasher safe. B1
