Stunning vintage 1982 Tiffany & Co. Cross My Heart necklace. Sterling silver heart and 18” chain. 18K gold “cross” across front and back. In fabulous condition - very minor surface wear. @tanyarosenblum hi the main part of the heart and the chain are sterling silver. The rope that lays across the heart in an X is gold.
