nhgreatdanes
nhgreatdanes Today is a really tough day on my body. It’s working against me. 🥺 Yet here I am! My Mom always said I was a “tough cookie” 💚 I can hear her saying that even now. (She has Alzheimer’s) Thank you for sharing all this. Most don’t understand. I have a hard time trying to explain. I honestly hide a lot. We need to have a zoom support group ♥️ Hugs to all!

moongoddessedgy
moongoddessedgy I have a similar post in my closet. I counted 7 of those listed that I have & some that weren't on the list. it's horrible, & the large majority of people don't understand & can't. idk if I'll ever stop being in denial about my pain. I was deamed disabled in 2013 & the dr took away my license because of the seizures (PNES). I'll be 47 on Monday & I'm so tired of feeling "paralyzed" by my pain, lack of energy, lack of sleep. I used to beable to do so much so fast, I miss that person! ~ Moon 🌙

pkimrey1186 I so appreciate seeing this post, most don’t know and can’t understand the type of energy draining, mind fogging, relentless pain a lot of us have, or what it’s like to live with the knowledge that your life will never be the same,I say that this was put on me to bare because I am strong but there are times when feeling defeated that I wish I could have just a few moments to relax and not have to be, I wish for you happiness and fulfillment, and of course a good nights sleep,Thank you,Pamela K

lotusleaph I took some of these to post on social media. Chronic pains are terrible and sharing a virtual 🥰🪷🌺 to others who suffer. The one about sleep stuck with me though because I often forget how that feels!

nursemckinney7
nursemckinney7 I love these. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and it took until I was 39 to be diagnosed bc its a mutation on a gene that affects the connective tissue throughout the body. I get through everyday with the pain and all other symptoms amazing with the best medicine ever: Jesus. if not for Jesus I don't know how us who live with chronic illnesses will debilitating symptoms would wake with smiles on our face, but I do.

nursemckinney7 I wanted to let you know that I am praying for you and I am here if you ever need to vent or talk. If you aren't going through it, it is hard to truly understand. I am praying for peace and healing. A song that helps me is by Mercy Me and the name of it is Even If.

calltherain 😭 I forgot.thank you for reminding me I'm not alone. & I never even thought about how I travel the stages of grief again and again. I'm back at accepting that the pain always be here. at least it's not as bad as it was Only 1 conditiona instead of 2 plus adrenal failure. I'm able to walk better. I'm able to sleep a little better. just don't touch me cuz it hurts everywhere. I'm past the pain where I just wanted to unscrew every single limb on my body or die. at least better than that.
