It’s name is “A Beautiful Wind” and it is made in Canada. The waist has stretch. The fabric is 97% viscose, 3% spandex, the mesh is 100% nylon, the black velvet strip is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Lying flat, the waist is approx. 14”; the length is approx. 36”.
