Does this run true to size? I know they run small sometimes.

@danalauree Hi! I laid it flat and it measures, without stretching, approx. 25 inches straight across pit to pit. I'm a heavier person with a large chest and this top fits good. NOT tight or skin tight, there's room and I don't feel exposed. I would say it's pretty accurate for a 1 X in Nike! I do agree, they can run small but I think this is right on (for my plus size body that is).
