GUC. No holes and Lots of tread left!! Some paint spots on them as shown. Worn a few times when we went skiing or in extreme cold temps. Love these boots but have become too small for me😢 If you’re looking for warm boots with thinsulate to keep your feet toasty and dry, these are it!!! Loved them in the snow.
