This is a NEW blouse from Studio I in women's size 10 Petite. This was part of a 2 pc outfit, but I only have the top. It has shoulder pads. 100% Polyester but has a silky feel to it, very whispy and light! Super cute and sheer but layered. Colors Navy/banana!! Has an asymmetrical hem, but the longest length is 22". SMOKE-FREE HOME! Chest across pit to pit is 19" Thanks!
