Preloved and in great condition! This plush crushed velvet skirt was handmade in the USA by Poema: Luxury Handmade Tango Clothing of very high quality stretch crushed velvet in a rich dark chocolate with a soft elastic waistband and a beautiful ruched tail. Originally designed as tango clothing, this skirt was made for ease of movement on the dance floor & would be a smoking hot number any day or night. Dressed up or down, and oh so flattering! There is a small pull in the waistband, as shown in the last photo, though it is not noticeable when worn.
