Sparkly 60s bridesmaid/prom dress

Excellent vintage condition! Sheer sleeves. Ice blue color. Last pic shows a stain I haven’t tried to remove. There is no size visible on the tag so please use measurements! I would suggest for a 10/12 with a smaller bust…? I am envisioning how cute this would be hemmed with white go-go boots!
