Antique Gold Vermeil 800 Silver Cameo Brooch / Pendant. Pictures posted of sizes. Stamped 800 for silver purity of jewelry piece. This one looks to have been gold plated but it so tarnished it is hard to tell. Cameo is of a woman facing to the right. There is some wear on the wire filigree sections.
