Beautifully constructed dress from French brand Hartford. 100% cotton with a silky lining in the skirt. Buttons all the way up if you prefer that. Great work condition, on the inside of the skirt lining there is some slight discoloration from cleaning (see photos). Tag is Hartford size 0 corresponding to a US XS (per their size guide.)
