‼️‼️BEWARE OF THIS BUYER‼️‼️

Long story short, She had told me that there were a couple of flaws with the pants, I don’t remember ever noticing these flaws pre-shipment, but I offered her a refund anyways. She REFUSED to compromise to a solution and wanted me to send the money privately. I declined, obviously.. I wanted to be sure everything was done through Poshmark to be tracked in case something happens. They came up with every excuse in the book to not return the pants, but wanted to receive their money regardless. Finally, Posh steps in and settles the case by telling her to send the pants back (just as I thought). I had to block her because she spammed my phone with paragraphs of complaints. I received the pants today and they’re THE WRONG PANTS. Ugh just as I expected unfortunately. Note: 2 days prior to purchasing she messaged me on Mercari to get a lowball deal, I said no and she went ballistic on me and sent paragraphs similar to the ones she sent on Posh. This whole situation is so unfair and so exhausting to deal with :( i have so much going on right now and this just really frustrates me.
