Rehab- Vera Bradley black nylon quilted tote bag-please note handles are peeling

Vera Bradley black nylon tote bag with inside magnetic closure that is hidden. NOTE: bag in great condition but handles are peeling Outside zipper pocket has a handle that looks like a wristlet handle when open (see pictures). It lays flat when closed since it is attached to the outside zipper pull. Inside the pattern is a pretty circle with different bright colors. There is a zippered pocket inside on one side and the other side has 2 open pockets with another very thin pocket for a pen or lip gloss maybe. The front gold plate that says Vera Bradley is still covered with the protective film. Great project bag for someone who knows how to fix handles!
