The front is 22" high from the heel the back is 16-1/2" high from the heel. I don't know the brand of the boots but the logo is in the last photo. Marked a 38 they are 10-1/4" long at outsoles and 3-1/4" wide at ball of the foot. Ask if you want other photos front toe lifting slightly, just needs some leather glue or even gorilla glue to fix. it's not enough to even be noticable.
