Stunning Italian 1930’s Deco 12K yellow and rose gold men’s ring with a genuine round cut diamond. The ring is uniquely detailed on the sides with rose gold leaves. It is a size 8. It’s marked on the band “500” that stands for 12k gold and with “10 VI” that is the jeweler’s hallmark.
