melnky @swstorm1 sorry I didn’t get back to you. I ended up buying 3 other pairs of similar spring step heels on here. Each of them fell apart, as in they were so old even though they looked new that they were dry rotting. The glue holding them together gave way and the straps Came apart from the sole. I only add this to ask how old are the shoes? I had to take the others to a shoe repair that cost me $22 each to Reglue everything and replace heel bases that broke when I walked on them.

swstorm1 @melnky oh my goodness!!!! That’s horrible, that you had such a terrible experience with the shoes you purchased from others😳 I purchased my shoes last year…. I loved them but my feet are extremely narrow. With that being my downfall, I struggle with the perfect fit…
