This exquisite sterling silver scissor locket necklace is truly unique. I surprisingly bought it at Target about 20 years ago when they sold high quality fine jewelry. Yes, Target once carried fine jewelry! The necklace is actually a designer piece but I cannot find the designer mark on it. Anyhow the metal is indeed gold over sterling silver and is marked on the clasp as well as inside the locket. The locket has enamel and has Swarovski crystals. Pendent hangs on a ribbon cord that has sterling silver ends. The necklace is in great condition except for a small dent on the back. It is ideal for the crafter. Please no lowball offers
