marcia_aurora @donaldav Hello! Laying the garment flat the top of the waist is 14" and the widest point of the waist in 17". The fabric is a ribbed jersey that has quite a bit of stretch. If you are interested add to bundle and I can you an additional discount and discounted shipping. As, well I have other Thorn Clothing items if you are interested.
