Is the gold tone still gold?

@gaa1726 yes it’s still gold tone (not real gold of course) there seems to be a few small fade spots, in little areas (not really noticeable) but it’s never been worn, brand new in box.
It’s a gorgeous watch, I just have some that I like better.
