Like new casual dress- from Italy!

Bought this super cute little number in Italy when my luggage was lost. Super cute but didn’t fit properly. Because it was bought at a street vendor there is no labels or size. I’m a 6-8 and feel it’s a tad too small. The measurement is from the pit. It seems like it’s cotton blend of some sort because it’s been washed but no ironing required! Ideal for your next vacay/cruise! Can be worn off the shoulder too! Oh I’m gonna miss this piece!
