I bought this final sale ( so couldn’t return it) It’s a cotton/poly blend and feels like a sweater but it is very comfortable. It has reflective bars in the sleeves and some around the zippers. It has a zip pocket in the back. It fits slim but It definitely goes past the waist. straight cut at bottom. *Worn once.
