jlpowell84 Are the hips free, or what is your best estimated measurement? Any rips or stains or discoloration near the armpits? Gorgeous piece!

habit29 @jlpowell84 with the pleating in both the inner and outer layers, it seems to be more like a fit & flare, leaving the hips free, which is why I didn’t add a measurement pic of that area. I didn’t find any issues with the condition of the fabric in any areas. With the exception of the missing tag, it’s in really great condition for its age.
