This dress is just beautiful on and off! It’s a great dark blue maxi cocktail dress with 3/4 sleeves and a side hidden zipper. IT’s gathered at the waist with a circle rhinestone attached ring at waist to hold chiffon belt. Gathered at bodice and sheer top and sleeves with a low V at back. Full lined chiffon skirt. Still has tags and in excellent condition.
