💕Tuscan Fine English Bone China Tea Cup Plate

This is a Tuscan fine English bone china plate. The front side has a floral pattern that was painted on it. I did some up close photos around the edges to show the scratches. They go all around the edges, and there are some on the sides. This plate is numbered on the back
