Beautiful real 10 karat yellow gold ring with medium-large pink sapphire and two tiny diamonds on either side. This ring is from the mid-2000s and was already vintage-inspired in design at that time, as you can see by the art deco detailing to the left and right of the sapphire. It's very unique.
