This Chicwish piece is so unique and beautiful! It features embroidery detail throughout. Bright white color; took with and without flash to beat represent color. I wore a beige dress underneath to model; you can also wear a dark layer underneath to change the look. Approximate measurements: 33 inches shoulder to hem; 18.5 inches armpit to armpit
