This elegant outfit has the prettiest color. The top has never been worn but the skirt is pre-loved. There are no stains, holes, or tears. The measurements on the top pit to pit are 19". From top to bottom of top is 21" to the shortest part. The waist on the skirt is 15 1/2" laying flat. You may have to take the waist in a bit but this outfit is worth it. The top to bottom of skirt is 34".
