Bought this dress back in the 2000s. Still in excellent condition -- only worn a handful of times. Has a soft halter top that ties around the neck. Hugs the waist before cascading down in a black, folding, fan like fabric. Designed with flowers of gold and red, and also has a zipper in the back for easy wear. Perfect, sophisticated evening wear!
