I reviewed your pictures. Is there an area that is lifting near the base of the left shoe on the left side near the bottom?

@bethcucchi are you talking about the third picture near the base? It’s not lifting, this piece of rope on the bottom just kind of hangs over the flat laid rope above it, it is this way on the outside of the other shoe. Not a defect, I believe that’s the feature of the design. I hope this helps!
