Formal Romper / pant suit

This Beautiful navy formal Romper has beautiful embellishments on the shoulders and waist. it has a cape on the back and wide legs. it's a size Small and has never been worn other than to try on. Yes I even had it dried cleaned, I bought it for my daughter's wedding but decided to go with a dress. my loss is your gain.
