@kristashafer Thanks for the interest. I measured it and lying flat, it measures about 10” and stretches to about 15”. I didn’t stretch it to its limit. I feel like this item is more true to size. Hope that helps! Let me know if it gave any other questions or concerns🌺❤️🌺
