shoponline99 I have almost the exact same dress but the top isn't blousy. It measures 58-59" shoulder to hem when hung on a hanger an I need it to be 3" longer. Is your measurement stretching out the top which would add length so it really is shorter? Sorry to be picky, I've just got to get this right.

lindsayd173 @shoponline99 no worries. I just hung it up and measured it. I clipped the top of the strap and then ran the tape to the bottom. They blouse part if like a separate panel almost so it’s not stretching that part out. I will take more pics.
