worrywart I noticed the newer jeans run much smaller and an old 27 isn’t measuring the same as one bought more recently! I guess they are made cheaper. I want to make sure they would fit!

maryouellett369 @worrywart hello! That’s completely understandable. The size 4 waistband is measuring at 13 inches laying flat. The size 6 measures less than half an inch bigger on the waistband at about 13.5 inches laying flat. I hope this helps!
