Lilly Pulitzer v neck dress with open sleeves

Purchased at an annual seconds sale. Stretchy with lining, v neck and elastic at sleeve ends with open sleeves so arms show when wearing. I normally wear a medium or large and had no issues with this fitting, however it has been in my closet way too long.
