@shoppe_2 I was able to measure it across the back, it looks to be 24", and that is from the bottom of the armpit point to the other bottom of the armpit point.

@ohmylacy it is more fitted. It came down to my hip area and fit fully. I enjoyed the jacket, just found one that was longer and a little thinner to pack.
