@mariaanachavez Hi, I wanted to let you know that I was in Chris Law's show & she had the same issue with people not seeing the bid button. We figured out that the bid button is actually there.To get it to work the person needs to touch their phone where they think the bid button might be & if they hit it right the screen will pop up where they can enter the amount they want to run their item for. I was able to run my items without seeing the bid button so I know it works.

Weird enough I heard the same thing happened to someone else where they just updated the app and the first show they were in they ended up winning an auction that they didn't bid on. @jacquelynque341 if they’re not marked as sold the payment probably didn’t went through, check your notifications to see who the buyer was so you can send the offer again or ask what happened.

@jacquelynque341 Yes the seller is the only one who can cancel I have no access to their accounts, but remember that they’re not obligated to do it, that’s why you need to be careful on the live shows because by bidding you agree on keeping the item if you win. If you like something else from their closet, try buying that item first so they see it as a trade and not a cancellation.

@mariaanachavez no that’s why I asked if she would I expected if she didn’t go repost them I thought it was nice of her but if someone else is expecting them kinda sucks I’m not sure just thought it be easier if you let her know the person who was expecting them didn’t get chargedI do understand she doesn’t have to do it but to not do it now when someone else is expecting them
