Handmade pink and gray striped a-line skirt

I purchased this skirt in the early 2000s and never wore it. Now it is too small for me. I got it at a boutique inside a really cool Moroccan cafe in Silver Lake, Los Angeles which is no longer there. It was handmade. No fabric tags but feels like gray silk organza with pink stripes of silk sewn on top. The gray stripes are sheer if you look carefully. Gorgeous sheen and flattering a-line fit and flare silhouette. Looking closely I noticed a couple of tiny dark spots and there are a couple of nicks on the hem (see photo for example). Some threads and wear on seams. Again, this was handmade. It has snaps on the left side and a flat bow on the side waistline (which needs a little steam to flatten out one corner that got bent in my closet).
